Privacy policy

Contact form: your name, e-mail, chosen topic and message — solely to handle your enquiry. The time of sending and the website language are added to the message.

To prevent abuse of the form, we keep a submission count for at most 10 minutes, stored only as a one-way hash of your e-mail and IP address — neither the addresses nor the messages themselves are stored for this.

Contact-form data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you and kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and no other tracking tools. In your browser it stores only your choice from the information bar (localStorage) and, during your visit, your browsing position in the store list and map so you can return to it (sessionStorage, for at most 2 hours).

The home page and the Getting here page embed a Google Maps map. When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under its own policies.

We do not pass data to third parties for their own purposes. Technically it is accessed only by our hosting provider (Hostinger) and the e-mail service that delivers form messages (Brevo), bound by data-processing agreements.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object and to withdraw consent. You may also contact the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
